Simple, frozen, and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 Pound
    Fresh Fruit: Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, etc - washed, prepared, and sliced or diced
  • 1 1/2 Cup
    OH, Forks!™ Homemade Yogurt or your favorite type of dairy free or dairy-full yogurt
  • 6 Ounces
    Dark Chocolate Chips OR your favorite type of chocoalte chips, melted* (*melted after yogi bites are frozen)

Instructions

  1. Simple Directions:

    1. Place parchment paper on baking sheet.

    2. Drop spoonfuls of yogurt on to baking sheet, leaving one inch in between piles or shapes. (I like to shape them)

    3. Add fruit. You can simply add fruit to the top of the yogurt in a pile, or you can mix some fruit in to the yogurt and/or add some to the top. Personal preference.

    4. Slide tray into freezer and freeze until frozen. Could take 60 minutes, or it might take longer. How powerful IS your freezer?

    5. Once frozen, melt chocolate chips (if using microwave, melt in increments of 20 seconds, stirring in between each nuke.) Once chocolate is melted, drizzle over the tops of your frozen yogurt-fruit piles. Put tray back in freezer.

    6. Once frozen, serve or package for freezer storage. Ziploc bags or tupperware style containers work well. Long lasting treat.
