OH, Forks! Notes for Ordering:
-Use our Square Online Bakery Menu to VIEW all options and items, and order through Jen via inbox, or text, or wait until she gives you the go ahead to order through Square. This ensures she has all ingredients, the ability to get you your goods on the day you need, to apply any deals you may qualify for, and to avoid having to adjust orders for incorrectly ordered items, missing extras, etc. Please ask if you have questions.
-Can do edible images or logos at an extra cost on *some* goods. MUST order directly via Jen at least three weeks prior to your event via inbox, text, or phone.
-Can ship within IN for *some* goods. However, there is always a risk goods could be damaged in transit, as handling has proven to not be gentle. There is an increased cost for shipping perishable goods, their size, and details via USPS and UPS. Orders for shipping MUST be ordered directly via Jen in inbox, text, or by phone.
-I am not a decorator, although I’ve learned many more skills over the years and am currently learning “watercolor” frosting painting & airbrushing cakes! That said, limited decorator skills due to medical issues complicating steady hands. In some cases, my artist (double valedictorian USF) offspring might be able to step in to help. Inquire within if you’re making super artsy requests.
-I am typically booked at least 4-5 days out, and two weeks out around major holidays. It is vital to get your name on my calendar if you have a specific date you’re aiming for. No costs or catches to reserve dates up to a year in advance.
-Items are made to order within 48hrs of pickup, most items made within 24hrs of pickup. Items are labeled per Indiana HBV laws, and have a nutrition label as well. Nutrition labels are “estimated” per serving, and designed to give a general idea of calories, fats, sugars, etc.
-Many items are customizable with ingredients. All items we make are gluten free, and 85% can also be made vegan, if they are not naturally vegan to begin with. If you need allergen specifics, please reach out to Jen to verify options. While we can do nut free items, our facility is not nut free, so I always caution those with a true nut allergy. I can keep nuts out of your goods but can’t ensure nut particles aren’t present.
