Hello friends & followers!
I just wanted to check in with everyone, and give a reminder to NOT WAIT on reserving your 2021 dates where you might need our OH, Forks!™ goods! I do allow people to put their names on lists for any time of the year, and I will check in with you prior to said dates to keep or move your hold dates. For personal orders I do not require a deposit for holding dates, but for catering style events or LARGE ORDERS ($75++), I will ask for a $5-10 deposit. Your deposit then go towards your balance owed on your order placed.
Seasonal Plans. I am *hoping* to drop in on Historic West Main Street & New Haven farmer’s markets this year, and will be taking orders for pickup all year long. I have limited order spaces each month, and I know this is frustrating for many of you. I simply ask for patience and understanding, as I am only one human, and my health, kiddos, and main job take precedence.
Radical Recipes. You may have noticed I’ve been adding new recipes to the site! I do hope you enjoy them! If you’ve ever got a request, or need a recipe turned into something gluten free or vegan- just ask! I have been working on some new recipes for the next cook book, or something that will be like a cook book- so stay tuned for more details on that!
Other things. The website now has a new SSL security certificate, so the address is now: https://www.ohforks.com. This will help to keep everyone secure and safe while perusing our site.
The online bakery is still set to “Not taking Orders,” but rest assured we are still open and taking orders! Square claims to be working on re-adding the feature that allows my customers to submit their order for me to review and confirm, before actually pushing it through and charging before I can verify it. Please continue to use the online bakery as a menu, and simply inbox the FB page, email (goodtimespub14@aol.com) or text me your orders.
We will continue to do contact-less porch pickups through 2021.
