OH, Forks!™ Country Peach Pie gives you the perfectly flaky crust, and sweet, gooey peaches that you’ve been waiting for! Pairs perfectly with OH, Forks!™ Socially Frozen Ice Cream, too!

And here’s a tip: swap strawberries out for the peaches! Same recipe makes a killer Strawberry Pie!


Ingredients

    OH, Forks!™ Gluten Free Pie Crusts, raw; OR your favorite gluten free pre-made crust
  • 3 Ounces
    Gluten Free Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup
    Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup
    Powdered Sugar
  • 16 Ounces
    Fresh Peaches, sliced OR Organic canned peaches; well drained and cut into pieces
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    almond extract

Instructions

  1. SIMPLE DIRECTIONS!!!

    In pie pan, place one shell covering the entire bottom, and sides.

    In bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and extract.

    Next, whip the cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the cut up peaches.

    Cover with second pie crust, and decorate the top with any extra peaches.

    For OH, Forks!™ crusts, bake at 400 for 10 minutes, and 350 for 30 to 40; until crust is golden brown.
    For pre-made store bought crust, follow package directions for bake time and temperature.
