Some nights dinner just needs to be simple. Completely thoughtless and worry-free. This crock-pot “dump” style dinner is just that!


Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Pounds
    Roast; your choice of style, cut, and variety
  • 16 Ounces
    OH, Forks!™ Mushroom Rue Base or your favorite gluten free mushroom soup
  • 16 Ounces
    water
  • 1/2
    package Gluten Free Onion Soup or Beef Soup Mix
  • 4
    large potatoes, diced
  • 4
    Large Carrots, diced
  • 12 Ounces
    Mushrooms, sliced (your choice on type)
  • 4
    springs of fresh thyme (to be removed before eating)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. SIMPLE DIRECTIONS!!!!

    Put all ingredients into crock pot, and turn on high for 3 to 4 hours; or turn on low for 4 to 6 hours.

    Keep covered while cooking.

    Serve with crusty gluten free bread!
