OH, Forks!™ “Stir Fried” Broccoli
This stir fried broccoli is a great base to stir fried chicken or beef and rice!

This was one of our FIRST gluten free recipes WAY back when we first began our journey in 2007! Our youngest, then only months old, thought this recipe was the best thing in the world! Simple, versatile, and using basic pantry ingredients many have on hand!
This hearty chicken chowder packs the heat, and fills the gut! It’s easy to avoid gluten and dairy in this wholesome recipe, and there are rarely leftovers! This also works well in the crock pot for the set-it-and-forget-it dinners!
Camper’s Delight (or Camper’s Stew, Stone Soup, etc) is a simple recipe that spans the decades. We’ve altered it a bit to match with our dietary needs, and cut out the red meat completely. This is one your kid’s will love, if they have a love of fire starting, camping, and outdoor activities.
When I was little, I used to love my Grandma’s homemade potato soup. It was heavy in my belly, and comforting in a way. As the years rolled on and my body’s ability to handle those lovely little white starchy potatos came to a close, I still craved potato soup! This soup is warm, thick and creamy, just like your standard potato soup from childhood! But even better, it avoids the ever-inflammatory dairy and gluten!
Stuffed mushrooms can be great for many a diet-type! Use faux-cheese to keep this non-dairy.
Another perfect twist on this classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich! This combines the heat and crunch from a jalapeno popper, with the creamy, filling warmth of your standard grilled cheese! Using gluten free bread keeps this triggering a flare!
Oh, Forks! Tortellini Stew was a recipe we found years ago, and worked to tweak to our liking! Nowadays, our tortellini is homemade (recipe coming in future cook books), as is our bone broth! We learned that this recipe can be VERY salty with prepackaged or frozen premade pasta, so watch out for that!
