OH, Forks!™ Parmesan Pasta Salad

This was one of our FIRST gluten free recipes WAY back when we first began our journey in 2007! Our youngest, then only months old, thought this recipe was the best thing in the world! Simple, versatile, and using basic pantry ingredients many have on hand!


Ingredients

  • 16 Ounces
    Gluten Free Bowtie or Lasagna Cut Pasta (or your choice of GF pasta), cooked per package directions; & cooled
  • 12 Ounces
    Organic Sweet Peas, drained
  • 1/4 Cup
    Organic Carrots, diced, cooked
  • 1/2 Cup
    Fresh Parmesan Cheese (or Fuax-Parm to avoid all dairy)
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Ghee, melted

Instructions

  1. This one is simple! In large glass bowl, mix all ingredients together!

    This is a versatile dish, in that it can be served warmed, or cold; depending on preference.

    Cold: Chill for an hour before eating.

    Warm: Warm on low in pan on stove for five minutes. If you microwave, nuke it for two minutes.
