OH, Forks!™ Cauliflower Salad

This simple veggie dish is easy to transport, and makes a great side for those summertime cookouts!


Ingredients

  • 1
    heads of Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1
    head of Cauliflower
  • 1
    small Red Onion, sliced thin
  • 16 Ounces
    Gluten Free Turkey Bacon, cooked, and broken into crumbles
  • 8 Ounces
    Gluten Free Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise of choice
  • 1/3 Cup
    organic honey
  • 5 Tablespoons
    Fresh Parmesan Cheese (or Fuax-Parm to avoid all dairy)

Instructions

  1. SIMPLE DIRECTIONS!

    In large bowl, combine first four ingredients.

    In second, smaller bowl, mix together the mayo/whip, honey, and parmesan cheese. Pour this mixture over the salad, mix well, and chill overnight.

    Stir again before serving.
