OH, Forks!™ Simple Bagels
Our simple bagel recipe can make mini- or regular-sized bagels, and can be made vegan, if needed. Simple, quick, and efficient is our favorite way to roll.
Notes:
One Batch makes:
Mini Bagels- 8 (3-4 servings)
Regular Size- 3-4 (2-3 servings)

Instructions
Simple Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Prep bagel pan by spraying with cooking spray.
3. Mix together yogurt and flour.
4. If adding spices or additions, add them now.
5. Fill bagel mold 3/4 of the way full. If desired, top with extra spices or fillers.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before devouring.Store leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge.

Add: garlic powder, "cheddar" cheese (can be dairy free)
