OH, Forks!™ BBQ Chicken Wrap

This recipe is very basic and simple, but gives another idea of a simple gluten free lunch idea for gluten free kiddos! This was one of our middle daughter’s favorites, and she didn’t even need to be gluten free! This wrap also makes a great “Make-Your-Own” bar for cookouts!


Ingredients

  • 12 Ounces
    Master's Hand BBQ Sauce (Many Varieties! All Gluten Free! Local to Fort Wayne, IN!)
  • 1/2 Cup
    Yellow and White Sweet Corn, drained
  • 1/2 Pound
    Boneless, Skinless Organic Chicken Breasts, cut into pieces, and cooked through.
  • 8 to 12 (or more, or less)
    OH, Forks!™ Flour Tortillas or your favorite gluten free tortilla wrap
  • 12 Ounces
    Cheddar Cheese or Faux-Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 16 Ounces
    Shredded Lettuce
  • 16 Ounces
    Organic tomatoes, sliced into strips (or diced, to preference)
  • 1/2 Cup
    Plain Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1
    Large Avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Simple Directions!

    Beginning with tortillas on the bottom, layer the ingredients as you wish inside of the tortilla. Finish by slathering on some delicious Master's Hand BBQ sauce and a small dollop of sour cream!

    Make as much, or as little, as you need. All ingredients will store well in the refrigerator in airtight containers or Zip-Lock bags for up to three days.
