Oh, Forks!™ Tortellini Stew

Oh, Forks! Tortellini Stew was a recipe we found years ago, and worked to tweak to our liking! Nowadays, our tortellini is homemade (recipe coming in future cook books), as is our bone broth!


Ingredients

  • 1 Pound
    Homemade Gluten Free Tortellini (Beef, Sausage, or Cheese) or prepackaged frozen works, too
  • 4 Cups
    Chicken Bone Broth or low sodium Chicken stock
  • 4 Cups
    fresh spinach, destemmed
  • 1 Teaspoon
    GF Italian Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Cup
    diced tomatoes or fresh tomoatoes; blanched, peeled, and diced
  • 1 Teaspoon
    black pepper, ground
  • 8 Ounces
    Gluten Free Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. So simple! Place all ingredients into Crock Pot on LOW, and allow to cook for at least two hours. Be sure to stir a few times an hour to prevent sticking and burning.

    We suggest serving this with Gluten Free Pita Pieces, or our Dip Crisps.
