OH, Forks!™ State Pie Adventures 2020

I decided at the start of this year that we would take an adventure through the States and make all of their “famous” pies gluten free and/or vegan. I figured the ones that were good would get put into our online bakery for ordering, and those that were “hot” pies or on the “not allowed” list being an HBV (following HEA #1309, because, LAW…) would be listed in our Radical Recipes on the site. If the pies were terrible… well, they are noted as such. Below you’ll find the list of pies & the States […]

OH, Forks!™ January 2017 Updates: To Market We Go! ~ If the start of 2017 is any indication of how the entire year will go, I will be a very, very happy entrepreneur! As of now, we are set to be in two markets for the full 14 week summer season, and multiple events locally, as well as some in Michigan and Ohio, and neighboring counties in Indiana! I enjoy creating recipes that can be altered super easily for a multitude of allergies. Whether […]

It wasn’t until helping her through her own issues that we realized my own autoimmune issues were affected by gluten, grains, dairy, soy, and sometimes eggs…just like her! Making food for parties, for people, for special orders over the years, […]
