Gluten Free Flours: Bob’s Red Mill Flours ROCK!

Gluten Free Flours: Bob’s Red Mill Flours ROCK!
~

If you’ve stumbled into the gluten free lifestyle, by now you may be getting braver, and learning that eating pre-packed, premade gluten free foods is great—but unhealthy! Recent studies have shown that in numerous brands of premade GF foods, they compensate to keep freshness and flavor by loading extra fat, calories, and preservatives! That’s one thing I’ve always appreciated about Bob’s Red Mill flours. They’re high quality, and you know exactly what you’re getting.
I’ve used Bob’s Red Mill flours for the majority of my cooking for over a year. I also use the flours for newly created recipes for my upcoming GF/DF cook book. Only myself and one of my Darlings are required to eat the gluten free lifestyle. The rest of our family eats the recipes right along with us, with no complaints of difference. Only a few recipes seemed a little different by the flours, not so much in taste. More in texture and how it baked.
Below you’ll find the list of flours made and sold by Bob’s Red Mill, and what each of them do. Hopefully you’ll give these flours a try, and love them as much as we do!
Also, make sure to check out Bob’s Red Mill web site, too! Lots of great info, products, and more! We do not sell BRM, and they are available to purchase at many local grocers, AND on Bob’s Red Mill online page!
