OH, Forks! It’s so Hard to say Goodbye to Summer Markets!
With one market left to go this week on Wednesday, I finally had some time to sit and let this market season sink in! When I first began this adventure and seeing how OH, Forks! products would do, I had no clue at the demand, the want, or the regular customer base I would grow in just over three short months. Because of this, I have done some planning to make our roadside stand a year-long venture, taking online orders for pickup and limited delivery, and am getting ready to work on two new product line releases! This includes shipping on some of our items, too.
I bet you’re wondering what’s coming… While I won’t spill it all now, I’ll tell you the basics. A paleo spice line is coming, including mixes for things like chili and salsa. And our granola line; you know, the kind you could eat by the handful. Or on your ice cream or yogurt. As of now, I’m working through the logistics and branding of the new lines, which is not always my favorite part. I am also working on some low carb and sugar free items, and getting new free recipes up on the blog.
I am also planning on doing online holiday market sales! Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, for some, require gluten free and grain free foods. Well, no better time for us to offer up our goods! Let us make your dessert for Thanksgiving, and let it be PieCake! Let us make you a loaf of gluten free bread to share at your party! Prove to the nay-sayers that gluten free is just as good as “normal” food!
