OH, Forks!™ Frozen Loaded Bananas

One of the simplest snacks around are frozen bananas! They are so versatile and many people have some pre-frozen for their smoothies and healthier blended drinks. This version is sure to quench the sweet cravings while adding potassium to your nutrition.

 

Note: One frozen banana is one serving.


Ingredients

  • 2
    Large Bananas, peeled & sliced in half length-wise
  • 5 Tablespoons
    Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
  • 5 Tablespoons
    Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup
    Nuts, chopped - cashews, pecans, walnuts, peanuts, pistachios - what's your favorite nut?!

Instructions

  1. Simple Directions:

    1. Peel and slice bananas.
    2. Prep baking pan and line with parchment paper.
    3. Place frozen bananas on baking pan and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
    4. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
    5. Place back in freezer for ten minutes to chill all together. (*Omit this step if you are impatient and/or have the munchies.)
    6. Voraciously eat. Freeze any leftover.

    Alternate Ingredients: Strawberry Sauce makes a stellar addition- better with fresh strawberries!
