Easy, basic and simple…but packed full of flavor!


Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces
    Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup
    Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup
    Gluten Free Quick Tapioca Pudding
  • 1/4 Cup
    Onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    Large Organic Egg OR Egg Substitute
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Pounds
    Ground Turkey
  • 1 Cup
    Organic Brown Sugar, OR your favorite sugar
  • 1/4 Cup
    Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup
    water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, mix together tomato sauce, bread crumbs, tapioca, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and ground turkey. After combined well, shape into balls and put into deep baking pan.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together: sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, garlic powder and water. Cover meatballs with sauce, and bake for one hour. Turn after 30 minutes, and re-coat with sauce.
