OH, Forks!™ “Stir Fried” Broccoli

This stir fried broccoli is a great base to stir fried chicken or beef and rice!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup
    Oh, Forks!™ Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 Teaspoon
    OH, Forks!™ Gluten Free Baking Flour Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon
    organic honey
  • 3 Teaspoons
    Coconut Oil
  • 1
    medium onion, diced; your choice on variety
  • 1 Pound
    Broccoli, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine bone broth, flour, soy sauce, and honey. Stir, set aside.

    Heat coconut oil in skillet, and add onion, cooking until see-through.

    Add the broccoli pieces. Stir Fry in the oil and onions for 3 minutes, or more. Add sauce ingredients, and stir fry until sauce clears.

    Serve with rice, or rice noodles. Add chicken, or beef if you'd like. To flavor broccoli as beef, use OH, Forks!™ Beef Bone Broth.
