Oh, Forks! Tortellini Stew was a recipe we found years ago, and worked to tweak to our liking! Nowadays, our tortellini is homemade (recipe coming in future cook books), as is our bone broth! We learned that this recipe can be VERY salty with prepackaged or frozen premade pasta, so watch out for that!
