Simple Directions:
1. Prepare flatbread as listed on package.
2. On large baking sheet, once desired form is made, top raw flatbread with sugars and cinnamon. You can also add cinnamon chips, if desired.
3. Bake as directed on the package.
4. Top with glaze if desired, and only when ready to serve.
5. Store uneaten flatbread in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, warm on a paper towel.For the Glaze:
Mix together: 2 cups powdered sugar and almond milk. If too thick, add 1/8 teaspoon milk at a time. If too thin, add in 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar at a time, until desired thickness is achieved.
