Doughnuts! Doughnuts! Doughnuts with Sprinkles! If you love “normal” fried, fluffy & moist doughnuts, these are for you! Especially if you’re gluten free & vegan! Sometimes you just need a doughnut. In our house, we love Mexican food and spicy flavors! Having hot fajitas during the day wasn’t cutting it, so we cooled things down a little with this lunch-style bowl! Of course, you can eat it heated, or cooled; whichever you prefer! We make this dish over the weekend to eat through the week, which also gives it plenty of time to chill and develop those flavors!

Lots of protein, veggies, and fruits make this a well rounded meal & one that avoids gluten and grain!
This recipe is very basic and simple, but gives another idea of a simple gluten free lunch idea for gluten free kiddos! This was one of our middle daughter’s favorites, and she didn’t even need to be gluten free! This wrap also makes a great “Make-Your-Own” bar for cookouts!
