Our simple bagel recipe can make mini- or regular-sized bagels, and can be made vegan, if needed. Simple, quick, and efficient is our favorite way to roll. Notes: One Batch makes: Mini Bagels- 8 (3-4 servings) Regular Size- 3-4 (2-3 servings) Pictured: Cheese & Garlic Mini Bagel
One of the simplest snacks around are frozen bananas! They are so versatile and many people have some pre-frozen for their smoothies and healthier blended drinks. This version is sure to quench the sweet cravings while adding potassium to your nutrition. Note: One frozen banana is one serving.
Turkey Tetrazzini was always a favorite of mine growing up. Making it healthier using bone broth makes this even more nutritious and filling. Leftovers are just as delicious!
Our Yogi Bites are scratch-made, including the Instapot-made yogurt! You can find that recipe within our Radical Recipes as well. Simple, frozen, and delicious.
This incredibly simple dairy free, gluten free yogurt is best made in the Instapot. We use this recipe to make our cherished and quickly devoured “OH, Forks!™ Yogi Bites” recipe, which is also available within our Radical Recipes. This yogurt is also fantastic to flavor as you wish, or create simple parfaits for a fancier breakfast or afternoon snack.
In our house, we love all things Mexican and spicy. These shrimp and rice bowls are fast, easy and delicious! Best part is that they are quite customizable! You could add black beans, more or less spice, and more of your favorite veggies!
OH, Forks!™ shares one of their favorite gluten free & vegan taquitos recipes! Simple, fast & healthy for snacks, lunches or dinners!
Who doesn’t love a good, soft & moist muffin? Especially when it’s full of gluten free & vegan goodness!
OH, Forks!™ shares their favorite Simple Biscuits recipe. Always gluten free & vegan when you need!
This gluten free & vegan Frito pie lasted for only an hour in our dinner kitchen! It’s simple to make this dish with or without meat & dairy- but we opted for the gluten free & vegan version. It’s crazy simple for kids to make, too! This New Mexico state pie is also heavily loved in Texas, but first began in Santa Fe. Many say that this original helped to create the 1960s up-and-coming favorite, “Walking Tacos-” which were also known as, “New Mexico in a Bag” back in the day. Enjoy!
