Our OH, Forks!™ Chocolate Cake mix is very versatile, so much so that you can make a 9×13 pan of brownies out of our mix, too! This is one of our first brownie recipes! Note: It was difficult to find our recipes for these brownies, as they were buried in heaps of blog posts, so we’ve moved them to our recipe section for ease! (Sorry about that!) This recipe creates a more “fudge-y” brownie.

Buttermints were something I’d always had as a child as a treat from an elderly next door neighbor. Mr. Double would always share these mints, a few at a time, along with a few jokes, smiles, and stories along the way. Making a gluten free version for my own kiddos seemed logical, and was successful over the holidays a few years ago!

Oh, Forks!™ Tortellini Stew
Oh, Forks! Tortellini Stew was a recipe we found years ago, and worked to tweak to our liking! Nowadays, our tortellini is homemade (recipe coming in future cook books), as is our bone broth! We learned that this recipe can be VERY salty with prepackaged or frozen premade pasta, so watch out for that!
