I decided at the start of this year that we would take an adventure through the States and make all of their “famous” pies gluten free and/or vegan. OH, Forks!™ Recommends: Perfect Earth Foods Recently we were contacted to test and try some new #glutenfree pasta from Perfect Earth Foods. We received four styles of their pasta: red rice, brown rice, and two varieties of their chia pasta noodles. For our first creation, we used the red rice pasta and the brown rice Pad Thai chia noodles, and we opted to make a new Peri-Peri Shrimp & Vegetables pasta dish.
